Seems ok. The BB could have a wide range, so he gives you both a bit of extra equity.
When you say he is aggro, do you mean he 3-bets a lot? He is fairly tight so a 3-bet from the SB is a pretty good hand. I will often just call with AK, we have position. If he has been 3-betting often its usually right to 4-bet, and once 1/3 of our stack is in we aren't going anywhere.

At $5nl 21/17 is a total nit. Average there is probably well over 30/xx.
