I was betting to push off a possible flush draw,
But with only 1 opponent who called that much preflop, should i slow play this to extract money,
since ~5% odds he has a flush draw?

AQs, AJs, AKs, KQs, all call your raise, none of them fold to that bet though so its a tough position
