Because I'm out of position against a raise from under the gun.

Possibly true, I don't take this line often enough.. but, based on the range we can give him for the action so far, in what situations does bet/fold gain over just check folding. Its not like we're that far ahead of Axhh which is about all we beat, and if he just calls a turn bet don't we pretty much have to fold to any bet on the river? (barring a K or Q obv)

Its a min raise very short handed if you reraise and he 4 bets you then you know where he is at. At this limit he could have anything axh, middle pocked pair, any suited connnector, at that limit i have seen aces played that way. The raise always seems to give me a little more info. Tough spot though.

There's def a good chance of some strong 'moron factor' from someone who minraises UTG 4 handed at $25NL which widens his flop calling range a bit to include a bunch of K's, some Q's, some flush draws and sometimes other random stuff like JJ we might get value from so bet/fold may be better on the turn. Maybe... I'm not sure though.

It's also the CO. Seems like a decent spot to consider a 3-bet.

Ok, so a 3-bet could be an option, but I don't think its always necessary. The primary reason for posting the hand was the play on the turn.
BaileyBugs
Sorry for getting it off track solar i would bet fold. axh is probable maybe even some lesser hands as said previlously he might have you on some weak hand or air since you checked the turn.

Yeah. I'd agree with that. On the turn I do think there is value in bet/folding, but I also think it's close. He kinda looks like a spewtard from his line, so I think if his preflop raise was a more standard size I'd lean towards check/folding.
