I would flat and play it slow.
edit: screw it, I think I would raise it to $3.50. Since it's early, I'd try to put up a LAG image.

I don't hate folding. Most of the time we will miss the flop, UTG+1 will bet and we will fold. And we're never winning a big pot if we connect, and we could lose a big one against AA on Kxx for example. Not much in it though, flatting is fine. I think I would raise here almost never.
If UTG re pops I fold because he basically has AA/KK or AK (ie has 1/3 of our outs) so either he or +1 will crush us.
