Checkraising is only good if you know he's betting, and given that there are some bad turn cards I prefer leading the flop.

I should be trying to get it all in right?

Really? WIth only an 8 card OESD, and not even a back door FD?

With it being a 3bet pot the stacks aren't deep.
Check/folding is horrible because this is a decent flop for your hand.
Check/calling is very weak because you give him a free card, or if he bets the pot will be $540 on the turn with only $970 behind and you have no idea what cards are safe (other than the offsuit fives, tens and kings). You're just setting yourself to be bullied off by a ton of worse hands.
Check/raising again lets him take a free card with a ton of hands, and given the pot size that's dangerous and makes the turn play very difficult. If you know he's betting I like the c/r though.
Bet/folding is bad because there are so many worse hands and draws he can raise this flop with. Even against a hand like a naked top two you have good equity.
Bet/call is pointless because there would only be $430 behind - you may as well just shove.
Bet/shove is by far the most obvious play. Leading the flop prevents him from taking a free card, and you have more than enough equity to get it in against his raising range.
