I don't think the Yankee offense will be good enough to finish ahead of the Rays or BoSox. It's a good offense, but not a great one...and I think whoever wins the division has to have great pitching and offense this year.

The Yankees are over rated and over hyped by ESPN again. I'm shocked.

I can't decide if that game was awesomer or "just nearly as awesome" as the ass kicking on their opening day in the new stadium. Either way, that was pretty awesome. The Bronx cheer has been in full swing.

whoever is up will pay the winner $5.00 x the number of games won between them. to be paid on pokerstars at the end of the season. So if the Jays win 12 of the 18 then Seth will owe me 12 x 5= $60 - his 6 wins = $30

No offense, but that makes no sense. 12 x 5 doesn't = $100.... it equals $60, infact your total prize pool is only $90 (18x5). Also, wouldn't you owe him 6 x $5 for the 6 wins he got? So since he would owe you $60, you owe him $30, he would only pay you $30 if you won 12/18.

Also for some reason in Rose's television, the Jays seemed to have scored an extra run.

Hill is fine, he's playing tonight. You know what really ticks me off, is TSN announcing that the Red Sox / Jays series will be exclusively available on TSN2. Every single Roger's subscriber doesn't get TSN2, so we get screwed. I hate TSN and I emailed them to tell them how disappointed I was and how I unsubscribed from TSN HD because of how poorly they've used TSN2 over the past 6 months with no regard to half the population here. Of course I got no response.

I also can't believe Rogers who owns the Blue Jays would give up 5 games to TSN2 so that their own subscribers can't watch. Makes no sense at all.

This tilts me so much...We have had numerous discussions on this in the hockey forum. It makes no ****ing sense...For hockey its so much worse. I have the Centre Ice package during the year,but if a game is on TSN2, its considered local for me and its NOT on Centre ICe. Meanwhile I cant ****ing get TSN2 because I am a Rogers customer. **** Rogers and TSN.

Yea it's total BS. It's one thing if an out of town game is on TSN2 but when it's your own local team that's just an insult. What's worse is that Rogers owns the Blue Jays..... why on earth would you prevent your own subscribers from viewing your own team. It's all about corproate money > their customers and that's not fair at all especially when every March they up all of their costs every year.

1st seris lost at home. but still 15 games to go , not worried at all. Chrozzo and Cardcore you can have the 1st set which doesn't mean match.

Wow. What a great game to go to.

The new stadium is unbelievable. It's so much nicer than I could have imagined. Right when you walk in, you're greeted by huge banners, a massive corridor, and tv's everywhere. Its so much easier getting around the stadium since it's now organized perfectly. You can get food from right behind your seats and you can see the field when you're waiting in line. Everything about it is just so impressive.

Oh, and the game was incredible as well. Teixeira hits a three run blast, Joba pitches well, we get two innings of Mo, and then A-Rod hits the homer to end the game in the bottom of the 11th. The place was going ballistic.

Last 2 games were amazing. I was there last night and was just waiting for them to finally come through. It took until 2 outs in the 9th but it happened. This should be the turning point in the season. They just need to keep it up now

The Jays have played a total of 4 games against the Yankees a Red Sox and are 1-3 in those games. It's easy to beat up on shitty competition.

This was my first game in the new stadium too! Absolutely sick!! I was sitting in the first row of the upper deck down the 3rd base line, as soon as that ball went up it was gone!! Such an amazing first game in the stadium for me. Lifetime memory.

PS. Where are all the Yankee haters? What a joke.
