Kinda pumped about this one in a guilty pleasure kind of way. To bad they whored out the series already with the shitty 2 sequels.

This is great, but for all the wrong reasons.

The first one is one of my favourite movies and I even liked the second one and thought the third one was alright and when I heard they were making this I was excited. But I didn't think the trailers were very good and the reviews so far have been terrible when at least the other ones seemed to be much more mixed so this movie went from one I was going to see opening night for sure to one Ill see some night in the next couple weeks when there is nothing better to do. If I end up going to a movie this weekend it will probably be Adventureland, which I didn't think looked too good, but has gotten very strong reviews.

I love Vin Diesel, and if I can find some marijuana, it's a mortal lock I'll see it opening weekend

I am stealing your wife away from you, and taking her for mine. To celebrate our union, she and I will spend our honeymoon recreating all the stunts, on european location, of xXx. Don't try and stand in the way of true love, Duck.

Would love some spoiler free reviews of this if anyone went to see it.

Loved the original, hated the second, third is a guilty pleasure - so want to know if it's worth seeing in a theater this time around.

she sounds smarter than you, but then again, don't you actually do this, trick out POS cars to sound loud and go as fast and v6 mustangs?
LongLiveYorke
So, did anyone actually man up and see this opening night?

I did.

And of course it should go without saying that by "opening night," I mean one minute after midnight on Thursday night.

Vin Deisel looked awesome nekkid
That love scene with him and Paul Walker...WOW. Brokeback Mountain has nothing on this movie.
byaaatch
I haven't seen the movie yet however a friend of mine did. Said it has been better than the last two but not as good as the first one. But yet when movies have sequels he never like them after the first one.

WOW Really?

In the first truly shocking box office result of the year, "Fast & Furious" sped away from expectations to gross a humongous $72.5 million, according to early estimates from Media by Numbers.

That result is effectively double what most industry observers had predicted for the debut of the fourth feature in Vin Diesel's car franchise, and it left in the dust a number of notable records:

- Best April opening ever, beating "Anger Management's" $42.2 million.

- Best Universal Pictures opening ever (three-day), beating "The Lost World: Jurassic Park's" $72.1 million.

- Best F&F franchise opening ever, beating "2 Fast 2 Furious'" $50.5 million.

- Best opening yet in 2009, easily beating the bows of the more-buzzed-about "Monsters vs. Aliens" ($59.3 million) and "Watchmen" ($55.2 million).
