Anyone watching this show on Showtime? About a suburban housewife with alternate personalities. Written by the writer of Juno and created by Steven Spielberg. I wish the mom was hotter, but Toni Collette does a good job.

I caught like the 3rd episode, and it looked more interesting in practice than the previews made it out to be but I basically had the same thoughts about the lead actress you did.

You are both ridiculously shallow. Toni Collette is a fantastic actress, who gives a shit if she isn't a perfect 10 looks-wise?

She annoys me, has nothing to do with physical attraction. I'm actually more impressed by what she does in this show than anything else I've seen her in.

Anyway, great show. A little similar to Weeds, in that it drops superior comedic and drama bombs at fairly effective times, yet the overall tone is fairly light about a very serious subject. Toni Collette is just awesome and John Corbett is a solid cahrismatic anchor for the madcappery. The daughter is frickin' hot, the son is tolerably and precociously gay, the sister everyone hates is a decent sidebar and Nate Corrdry as the chain restaurant manager is a lot of fun ("I guess we'll have to monkey ****")
