SB is a friendly 46/6/.28 50 hands and seems to be just that

Yikes. I think I 3-bet, call cap, call river. If there's no 3-bet, I just bet the river, call a raise, unless it's another diamond, of course, in which case I c/f.

I agree with Zach's line. If OTB had SB's stat's and SB had OTB's stats, I probably just showdown most of the time.

Someone could have higher flush, but there's to much inthe pot to fold. I'd most likely 3 bet--then I bet river if no one capped turn, if I get capped on turn I check call river. I don't hate flat calling the turn--that play might have just as much equity as 3 betting. (You get the CO call for sure and can maybe fold if another diamond falls on the river)
