Really? AQ is alright under the gun if the right flop comes out, don't ya think? or if you are playing against a small amount of other players...You could just bet a little bit and then see how the opponents react

I mean, i can see where you're coming from - if you have plenty of opponents behind you and they are aggresive since your out of position then maybe it's not the best option. Yet, there are plenty of hands that it is better than. I mean, dependant on the amount of chips/cash needed to reach the flop it might be a good idea just to see what comes out on the flop. If its nothing, then fold. But then again, something decent could well come out ;P
But i do take your comment on board, and i can see where folding AQ utg is a wise move.
