W/ effective M I think this is fold>shove> flat.
what you all think?
DonkSlayer
I think fold>flat>shove. You've got someone behind you that could bust you and another that could cripple if you shove, and that's not a risk I'm willing to take with like, what, 40+bb's? You may be adverse to flatting because of the shortstack in the BB but I think your AJ would play fine against his range if he shoves and if original raiser shoved behind after the BB shoved, you can get out cheaply...I like flatting more and more.
I_fold08
50+ BBs to the villians 25, i dont see anything wrong with taking one off, and just play position assuming vikes folds

Fold >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 3-bet > Flat > Shove

Your M is 21, so you are too deep to 3-bet all in facing a standard raise.

AJ is a trap hand and pitching it is by FAR the best option. If you play the hand, a 3-bet is better than a flat and both are better than a shove. Just realize that if Kelvin is not folding to your 3-bet, then he is most likely shoving and that puts you in the awkward spot of being priced into calling with a dominated hand.

EDIT: Oh and please spare our eyes by converting the HH

I agree with shoving is bad but I'm not sure about your waaay proponent-ing of 3-bet vs. flat. What if we get 4-bet or flatted by someone behind and hit an A-high flop? J-high flop? What do we do if Kelvin just flats, since you're already worried about a tough decision if he shoves?

I agree with this statement a lot. folding is the best option, followed by flating, because if someone flats behind the pot is still small and if you make a mistake or try to buy some more information it costs you less if you decide to fold, or if someone raises behind you its also an easy fold, unless its a shortie, and saves you more money. three betting this hand brings in way too many expensive variables. For one, it pot commits you to a couple more stacks shoves, two if someone repops you that has fold equity, then it costs you more as you fold, and three if someone flats you now you're looking at expensive bets after the flop with a marginally good hand. three bet shoving isn't an option with 50ish bets behind and some other deepish stacks behind you. So it should be:

fold>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>flat>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>threebet>>>>>>>shove....the last two IMO, shouldnt even really be an option tho, it should just be fold>>>>>>>flat

The reason I'm advocating 3-betting over flatting is because the *only* situation where this hand wouldn't already be in the muck is when the PFR is a very exploitable donk (like a 60/35/5) , and I am 3-betting to "stake my claim on him" in this pot, knowing full well that my hand is ahead of his 3-bet calling range *and* any 4-bet from someone else at the table turns their hand face up and makes it easy to toss the AJ. It makes the AJ really easy to play.

EDIT: Dammit! I didn't see the stack size of the BB. PLEASE CONVERT YOUR HANDS! It makes it easier to spot stack sizes, position, action etc.

QFT. Also, agree with everyone about converting and eye strain and general hassle-itude of reading non-converted HH.
