two laggy villains, rainbow flop.. you are first to act... I'd lean toward check-raising some faces off here. Two lags behind you on a nondescript flop.
Hell, if you check and these two check behind you, get up and move tables... they can see your cards.
Even a weak lead can look strong when you are betting into two players yet to act. Not that they will put you on top 2 and nut low draw, but they are far more likely to do what you let them do: Peel a card off for a pittance with a chance to turn something that takes back half the pot from you.
Either lead strong or check raise would seem optimal here, unless you have real knowledge on villains pouncing on weak bets.
