I don't think most of the time he will be flatting flop repot with K4 or K2. He can have AdKdxx or something.

I play it the same. Except i may fold preflop cus if he spews postflop then you don't need to try to hit a hand with marginal hands. A bit patience is more profitable against these kind of guys.

looks pretty standard to me other than the loose call pf oop

maybe bet even less on the turn to solicit a marginal call, but if they will call pot i guess it doesn't matter
