Yeah, I'd basically narrowed him to 99+ because I never expect him to float the flop with AQ/AK. I thought that QQ and KK were the only hands I could get value from, but they actually make up the majority of his range.

What about the river check?

I think betting the river would be pretty bad against this player. I'd also fold if he bet usually.
