If this were summer I could see a better chance of success. How demoralizing is that first night of going bust going to be walking back and sleeping in your cold ass van with no chance of a hot shower or hot food?

I think this would actually be pretty interesting to watch, kind of like a reality show. It would be about poker so that would be the only reason I would watch it, since I really don't prefer reality TV. I think it is possible for this to be done, but not without a little good fortune of some sort.

This is definitely possible. You play all day....you get free meals when you play. Then get back in the van and go to bed. Im sure you can find a motel in A.C. that charges by the hour and take a shower. Play low limit poker and grind your way up. You have no expenses, just bankroll management.

Back in what now seems like another lifetime I lived in a van and played poker. Drop in fees at some gyms are low and you can shower.
Can still remember reading Skalansky in the laundrymat yay.
