I am going to watch the UFC fight at Hooters tomorrow night. I think I might order a beer. It will be my first beer. I have drank the harder stuff before but never beer. What should I order. Remember I am at Hooters so I don't know if they will have all the fancy beers I don't know anything about.

my brother is having a UFC PPV party too at his house....i will be at a cabin party for my pubs brewmaster....but i recommend guinness, or sam adams winter (the current seasonsal) or any blue moon or troegs brew

Personally, I go sam adams or blue moon if they have it, or bud light for its "drinkability".

All the basic cheap beers with "Light/Lite" in the name are shitty beers. Don't bother with bud light miller lite etc it's more dirty water than beer. But you probably will hate Guinness or any stout as your first beer as well. Go with blue moon if available. Wheat Ale's rock. If you think you would like a "fuller" beer then Sam Adam's Winter is definitely a good choice, but it is likely they will not have it.

Beer has just not appealed to me. And I don't think Guinness would be a good first beer. That seems a little too strong.

Results:

Went to Hooters. The waitress was amazing hot this time. (Finally) I got a few nice boobies to the back of the head. The fight was one of the best fights I have seen. Lots of action all night and no fights went to the judges.

And now what you have all been waiting for. The guy I was with bought the beer so I was stuck with whatever he wanted. They were having a "special" on pitchers of Coors light. It was not bad as long as it was so cold you couldn't taste it. After the first pitcher I thought it was over but no. He ordered another one. I was a little relieved when she brought me another frosty mug to numb the taste. Oh and that special must have been a fight night price hike. Those damn pitchers were 10.50 each.

Oh jesus, Coors light has to the weakest beer on the planet. It shouldn't even be allowed to be called beer. It's beered down water. If you couldn't get past coors light just go back to liquor and never look back.

I had a Kennybunkport Pumpkin Ale tonight. I was skeptical, but it was good. I avoided the dark chocolate stout. I've had Old Aussie Stout and I didn't like it.


I really like RAM brewery's Big Horn Heffeweissen. Wheat beers seem to be the ones I like best. Is an Ale a wheat beer? School me, Christian.


edit: I finally had a Hoegaarden on halloween, straight from the Garden of Hoes. I was told I would like it if I liked Blue Moon. It was pretty good, but I like Blue Moon better.

Guiness has less alcohol in it than any american light beer....

I don't understand how a person could live to be 25 and never taste beer. Like, you don't have to make a big thing of it. It is sold in just about every gas station and corner store and restaurant in the country.

I think most people are scared off by Guiness because of its color. It is a very smooth drinkable beer. Dont be racist towards your beer.

I would have bought my own beer that night but I was out of cash and my card literally broke in half at Cabela's. It snapped off in the card reader. I had no money and was just having to go with whatever the other guy ordered.

I wasn't really talking about that you drank Coors Light....just that it was your FIRST beer and you're 25. I would guess that I had my first beer when I was in 6th or 7th grade....so, 12 or 13.

Its not that I thought it was bad to drink. I just never felt compelled to do it. I never saw the appeal. I wold go to the parties and have just as much fun as everyone else but without the DUIs.

You didn't go to my high school. Twenty-five in my senior class (really small school, I know) and 15 of them had DUIs. No one ever accused them of being very smart.
