hard too say, he is either on a flush draw or slow played a 9.
given I happed to know him, I reraise, because he would not play the 9 like that

I might fold.
I think it a bad play, but at the limit there isn't a lot of check raising as bluff.
what do you think?

I think wrto's example is pretty read-dependent, but in most cases I'd have to let it go.
