You know what I don't understand? Kurt Warner is the number 2 fantasy QB right now, and he's only owned in 94 percent of leagues, and only started in 84 percent of leagues. 84 %?!? who the hell does that 10 percent ( 16% -6%) have as their QB, Drew Brees? People are crazy, Warner is a god, and should be started in 100 percent of leagues. If you have Warner and Brees, you should trade one of them. Kurt Warner's winning MVP, lock it up.

Grats on having the cassel option. I also had Orton verse Green bay ( orton has been sucking since he got injured) and Matt Ryan against Minnesota. It's not like Warner didnt' start or something or got benched after the first quarter. He just sucked complete and utter ass. I had no reason to believe, based on any of his previous perfomances, that he'd suck utter ass. He was averaging over 300 yards a game.

Warner has had a great fantasy season. The moment I heard the forecast for the Pats/Cards game I would have benched him assuming I had anyone else competent to play QB instead.

yeah, that was the missing piece of the puzzle. But the snow didn't seem to stop cassel from passing all over the cardinals.

The Patriots play at least one snow game every year. That was the Cardinals first game in the snow in 25 years! No surprise the Patriots handled it better. And the Cards had nothing to play for. It's not like Matt Ryan had some easy matchup though. I dont blame you for starting Warner. Maybe if there was someone on the waiver wire with a good matchup. Not much you can do in that situation unless you have a good backup.

He only turned the ball over 2 or 3 times Week 14. If I had benched him for Cassel, I'd won my league. Yes I started Warner the whole season, but Cassel could still have carried my team. How pissed do you think I was last week?

very? My stupid league goes to week 17, and I'm in the championship game, but I have to bench some of my best players because I don't think they'll play the whole game. Matt Ryan gets the start against STL, and most likely will be the subject of my next Haiku.
