This is the serious forum, keep that out of here

first off, Krablar is a shit bag hand that you should play as advertisine in LIVE GAMES... but if you MUST limp in with garbage in the small blind,t hen you shouldn't have bet out.. you should have check raised flop, it's a much more powerful play, and could have gotten the obviously better hand that you sucked out to out.. you get no love from me with poorly played limped in Krablars...

Don't listen to them, this is poker strat too, just 'cause it's not sexy like ace king, doesn't mean there's no strategy.. they are just haters.. go for check raise on the flop, bet out on turn.. you played the river right..

how in the fuck is this post strategy related at all? just because you like reading about this crap doesn't mean anyone else does. Keep trash posts like this with the garbage in general

Is just as important, if not more so than big hands... this post makes alot more since to me to post here than the " should i fear a straight flush post"

Playing out of the blinds is one of the trickest and most important things to learn in hold 'em.. more hands should be posted about marginal hands in the blinds, rather than bad beat stories disguised as strat... if this hand hand been q4, and he had ended up with three fours, you wouldn't ahve said a thing, but because it was krablar, you hate... congrats..

not really, there was a decent arguement for whether or not to raise preflop, that contributes to something strat. related.

Posting this Krablar hand is just as pointless as you trying to make 2 jabs at me in one post. Equally as ridicules as sending private messages out trying to argue, because someone wont argue with you on the forum.

There is nothing more you can say about this hand than "Fold preflop"

No reason to see a flop with this hand, it shouldnt be here.

First off, let me say that I respect the helpful advice in the strategy section, and that it has helped my game a lot.

Second, do you really think I shouldn't defend the small blind here? If the Button is just limping, he is likely weak, and K3 is better than the random hand that the BB has. Is this a case where fold > raise > limp?

Third, you are dealt K3 as often as AK, so why can't there be posts about it? I know that folding K3 is right the vast majority of the time, but when you play it, it is nice to play it right.

Thanks for the advice to check/raise flop. It turns out the Button had 75 sooted, so I rivered him, but don't know why he was playing that anyway.

I beleive, not taking position into account, K3 vs random hand:

K3 -0.14 bb Expected Value

not considering your sucky position
