$25 nl 6-max, 100 bb stacks

This hand's hard to play. How many of you 4-bet pf? I know, "it depends on villain," but assume villain's not been out of line. Say you've played for 100 hands and he's been TAGgish (in that he's not a true TAG, for he might call a bit too much) You raise from the CO and the Button 3-bets ~the pot.

Assuming you call;

Flop is Jc 8c 4s

Earlier today I c/r on this board, but it seems like I'll only receive action from hands I'm beating (villain folded). OTOH, I want to protect against 6 overcards, so if I do decide to check OOP then I'm really obliged to raise.

So I think the superior line is to lead ~pot, 3-bet ai. That way we're raised by 1) TP 2) pairs which we're now beating, like TT/99) 3) weird draws like AcKc 4) naked AK 5) air. If called then I like to continue the heat on the turn, on the premise that most $25 nl opponents don't play too tricky in 3-bet pots (I don't think he'll try to steal, in other words).

so you raise to .75 and he raises to $2.50? How much does he raise? do you have three bet stats? do you have the Qc? Generally if I think I have the best hand I raise so I would probably 4 bet preflop. and shove any flop.

I make it .85 and he makes it $3 or something. Now you ask a lot of relevant questions, but my point is that we don't know any of that information, only that villain hasn't gotten out of line (i.e. he doesn't seem to be 4-betting lightly and we haven't seen him show down an ATs type hand after 4-betting - but, no, I do not have the Qc).

I'm wondering who here 4-bets pf with QQ against unknown TAGs, not donks. Even if we don't know a lot about someone's game we can usually tell if he's a donk given a limited sample (by viewing hands shown down, bet patterns, etc). Against a donk I'll 4-bet everytime, probably just flat out shove because donks call off with dominated hands. Now I 4-bet AA/KK always at $25 nl, and against some opponents I 4-bet AK/QQ (observant opponents I've played a good amount of hands with). But against "the regulars" I'm a bit lost.

Overall, I think how I play QQ is a leak, so I want advice from the better players here. Should my standard play be to 4-bet big and then shove any flop? That seems very effective against villain's calling range.
SCS
Unless villain is a supernit, I'm 4 betting QQ preflop in a CO vs BTN situation almost everytime. I'd flat the 3bet sometimes if villain cbs too often. Then my plan would be to c/r nearly any flop.
