that is exactly the kind of flop you don't want to c-bet
it could only have been worse if it had been 678 with two suits.

is the flop c-bet that bad vs a 50/0? he's missed with a lot of hands and there are a few draws. the turn is probably one of the worst cards to see.

flops with middle cards hit random hands more than flop with cards at the ends
