Nobody ever talks about the Titans cause we usually pretty much suck.
I plan on a full jinx by starting this thread as they are 4-0.
Looking strong, defense is playing well, redzone scoring awesome.
Interesting to see Collins doing so well and psycho Young on the sidelines.
They havent trailed a game at the half yet so will be interesting to see how the respond to being down versus trying to run out the clock and just maintain a lead.
AFC is much much softer than NFC, but Titans are definitely playoff bound and have a good chance to head to the Superbowl if they keep playing this well.
They have never started 4-0 in their 49 year history (including Houston days) and they last time they started 3-0 they went to the SB, guess we'll see.
I think it is interesting none of the sports sites are even talking about the Titans, but I guess it's a good thing to be under the radar.
JINX!

I think the toughest two are the Bears and Jags, but Tennessee could very well remain undefeated throught this stretch. Not likely, but reasonable to see.

Yeah looking at their schedule, it seems like a possiblility. After this week (@JAX), I think the only really tough game is at home vs. PIT, but they will probably rest players by that point.
I got a feeling they're going down this week. Jacksonville always seems to split with Tennessee.

Road is not going to be that easy.
Jax at Jax is always a tough game and a very possible potential loss
The Jets game is going to be a tough battle as well
We SHOULD roll through Detroit, Cleveland and Houston
Pittsburgh will be a very tough game, but I like we are playing it at home
The Colts at Indy will be a very very tough game as well especially considering the Colts remaining schedule they will have built up a lot of wins and confidence and that could quite possibly be a playoff clenching game for them.

Titans played the worst first half of football they have played all year this week, absolutely terrible performance. Couldnt tackle, couldnt catch, couldnt convert a 3rd down, couldnt stop Jags. Turned it around in the 2nd half, but certainly showed they can play like the Lions.
Upcoming game this week versus the Jets will be there toughest game of the year. If we win this game then I think we have a legitimate shot at the Super Bowl. If we lose against the Jets I think we still have a legitimate shot at the Super Bowl, but my confidence will not be as high.
And there is no doubt the Giants are the best team in the NFL right now.

Well, it was expected to happen and I bet they're actually kind of glad it finally did happen. The Titans lost one, now they can get the national spotlight off them going undefeated and focus on getting home-field throughout the playoffs. They should be excited about their chances of going to the Super Bowl, but if they play like they did Sunday they won't even win one game in the playoffs. GG undefeated season.

Bulluck, White, Kearse, call TJ Houshmandzadeh and ask him what happened to the last team to disrespect the Terrible Towel.
cliff notes: Cincy beats Pittsburgh in 2005, Houshmandzadeh shines his shoes with terrible towel. Next meeting, in the playoffs, Steelers win. 2 games in 2006, Steelers win. 2 games in 2007, Steelers win. 2 games in 2008, Steelers win.
And before you say the Bengals are terrible... remember, in 2005, they were eerily similar to this year's Titans.

There's always talk about how the Bengals fell apart after TJ Houshmanzada used a Terrible Towel to clean his shoes.
2005, before the cleaning...they were 9-3. The rest of that season they were 2-3, including a playoff loss to the Steelers.
Total since that day, they are 19-31-1.

Hell of a hard hitting game. A shame it will be scarred by the lack of a delay of game call at the end. We were on the opposite end of it during the regular season with the mystery call of roughing the passer against Jarret Johnson that led to your winning drive. Wish it hadn't ended in the way that it did, but I am not going to be upset over the outcome. The injuries we endured (particularly to Suggs) might significantly hurt us if they prove to be more than minor.
This game just further reinforced my belief that CJ3 is an absolute monster and will be a big part of the Titans' offense for years to come.

If I was a Titans fan, that game would bother me for MONTHS.
They were clearly the better team, outplayed them in every phase. They had to make a number of HUGE mistakes to lose this game (3 red zone turnovers!?!?!?!) and get unlucky (the missed delay of game call followed by Flaccid pulling a pass out of his butt).
They could have won the game by just taking a knee and kicking a FG every time they entered the red zone. Ugh.
At least the Titans core is young (except for Kerry). Gage is going to be a good WR for a while. The light bulb went off for him. I wonder if they will keep Vince Young around.

They just need to avoid beating themselves this year in the playoffs, although this year they may not have home-field advantage like last. There schedule looks pretty tough depending on how well Houston/Jacksonville play. Jax is usually hit or miss and "the experts" always say "this is the year Houston shows up" so only time will tell.

I think the game @ Jax will be a very tough game to win. Until Houston proves otherwise I'm gonna assume we take them down. The other tough game is going to be Arizona depending on how well Warner is playing. I'm not all that impressed with our secondary and a good working tandem between Warner and Fitzgerald could destroy us. This is also the main reason I think we lose to New England as well as the Colts. I think Pittsburgh is going to put a whoop'in on us. If Mawai can play to full strength it wont be a massacre, but I think we lose by 7.5+
