Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with 2♥ Q♥ J♣ A♥
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.35, Button calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: 3♥ 2♣ J♥ ($1.1, 3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.9, Button folds, BB raises to $3, Hero ???

My tendency is to stack off here. I hate calling because it puts me in a very awkward spot if I miss on the turn. Any thoughts...

There are no effective stacks, that would help, but I assume its 10-ish... Well, you have two pair, and a nut flush draw... Villain might have trips, but on these levels it could be anything from 23 to lower flush draw or straight draw... Push and hope he calls, IMO.

you have top and bottom with the nut flush draw and 2 back door straight draws (45, 10K). ship!
