I know this is a tournament, but most people who frequent the tourny section of the forum aren't proficient in PLO.

Pre-flop: (2 players) Hero is BB with K♦ T♦ 7♥ Q♥
SB calls, Hero checks.


Flop: 6♣ T♥ A♥ ($60, 2 players)
Hero bets $60, SB calls.


Turn: T♣ ($180, 2 players)
Hero checks, SB bets $60, Hero raises to $360, SB raises to $720, Hero ????

Any thoughts...

i do not raise this turn, especially if i feel that i play better than my opponent on the river.

it's also the 15/30 lvl so your opponent really really shouldn't be getting wild just because he has trips. i definitely don't check raise, but i might lead/call or MAYBE lead/fold, depending on how wild i think he can get

imo, if you bet the turn with good trips you get to balance it with your double barrels, but if you check raise strong on the turn you have to check raise your double barrels too, which is a very expensive way to bluff the turn

i think if you lead you almost have to fold unless you've played with this guy before and maybe know a few things. you have no outs to the only legitimate hand he should be raising with.

i usually check/call this turn and then see what i want to do on the river. you have straight and flush cards which will make hard decisions easier. if your hand was txxx i would just lead and take it down.
