.05-.10 home game 6 handed.
Game is very loosy goosy. It's hard to get anyone to respect raises but on the other hand the majority of the players like to slow play their big hands so limping in cheap with suited connectors has some value because of how poorly a lot of the players play pf and post flop.

A couple of things:
Villain in this hand kinda buries his head in his hand and doesn't really care about what anyone else could or does have. On the flop I put him on a flush draw or a flopped straight because those are the two most likely hands he would flat call a raise/re-raise situation on this board. When the flush hit I figured him for the flush or still the straight with absolutely no possibility of bluffing the flush so I knew I needed a Q or 9 to win but he bet so little I felt I had to call since it would mean I would win my whole stack on the river if I hit. The check-raise on the rive is not a normal move here I agree but this guy was so bad that if I bet the river he would actually just call with anything but an A-high flush (which he could have had any random two hearts in his hand and thought it was worth a call) or he would just call with the straight I think. He is also the guy we nicknamed the "Bluff Police" because of his willingness to call because he "thinks you don't have it." By allowing him to bet into me and then raising it pushed his buttons and he thought I was messing with him. And it was just really funny to check raise there knowing you are getting called everytime.
So we ok here?
