Full Version: Is This Really Weak?

I felt like I can't rep much beyond what I have (a rundown) or AA/KK. I think the sort of hands that hit the flop are the random junk hands people call with or low rundowns, and so when I bet the flop or turn I'm trying to rep a very small part of my range and many observant players will see my bet as a steal and raise me off my top pair. Also, even if they don't wanna bluff raise, they can still call with OESDs and flush draws, so I'm pretty rarely shrugging off the whole field on with that flop. On the river, my hand has showdown value but a random junk flush that wouldn't always bet beats me, but may call as a bluff catcher.

I don't see any problem with the way you played it.

I can't fire at that river either.

I like the flop and river, but I'd definitely fire the turn there. You can rep aces up pretty easily, so you're not likely to get called by a better ten or by JJ-KK and by betting you protect your hand against flush and straight draws coming in.

Isn't our hand too weak to be betting the turn here into 3 people? Even though they all checked both streets, is 4xxx possible for any of them?
