I have been playing only 6max NLHE cash but once I get enough of a BR again to play live what are the concious adjustments I have to make. I am just worried I will do things that I have been used to doing at 6 max that will be incorrect

I'd say that people don't stack of as light as they do in 6-max and they generally have stronger ranges. Pretty basic stuff.

I'd also go out on a limb and say that FR players doesn't hand read as well as 6-max players, so you shouldn't try and make some fancy bluff when he is snapping you with the 3rd nut straight, after the board paired on the river and the flush came in (I'm probably a retarded spewmonkey, because I've tried it too many times...)
