i need to take up a second game, there just isn't enough plo8 action and i am going to hit a brick wall sooner than latter.

i'm looking for a game with lots of game selection and room to move. i feel this limits my choices to plo, lhe, and nlhe.

of the three i have the most experience playing lhe, i used to beat up to 1/2 for a pretty nice rate. its been a while though, and all my experience is playing full ring. im pretty sure to make any money at like 5/10 i would have to get good a 6 max or hu. this assumption true?

so which of these is best right now for lower mid limits? do you see it still being that way in, say, 6 months?

im kind of leaning towards plo just becouse i think a lot of the skills i learned from two and half years of playing plo8 almost exclusively should translate over pretty well.

If you are good at PLO8 jump into another PL game honestly. PLO or PLHE. Should make you feel comfortable at least sticking to the same type of betting.

you should be moving to plo and it's not even close

Game selection will be better at NLHE. The game is played weakly up to mid-limits! PLO is still gaining popularity, but is not played as fishy overall as it once was.

Also you mention transfer of concepts from PLO8 to PLO. In that regard, I think betting and pot-manipulation will be similar, but you'll have to gain the experience of board texture and difficult equities that a lot of the regulars have...
