i always find myself getting beat by two pair.
either my opponent flops it or turns 2 pair in no limit holdem
whats the easiest way to spot this and how do you play against it?
any advice would be helpful

Losing with 2 pair is just unlucky and there is really nothing that you can do about it. Keep betting and betting and eventually you will stop getting ran down.

sounds more like "I overvalue top pair"


work on pot control and try to figure out when you're betting with that ace, why is it the other guy's still interested in the pot?
