I have no doubt the raiser has a pair, the question is how big. I would suspect a monster that was looking for a squeezer to raise so he could pop it back.

I would fold here unless I had a read that MP was a huge donkey. MP's line is extremely strong and sure reads like AA/KK. You still have 60bbs if you fold here.

I think action like this is much tougher to decipher than when you're up against 1 villain...Clearly, he has a premium hand and the other bettors make it seem like you have counterfeited outs. You have a great stack for this level.
