Alright, if this is a stupid question, I'm sorry. Is my M where it is +EV to shove or standard raise here?

Yes.

According to the pushbot chart located in some thread here in tourny strat, it's profitable to shove AA when you have an M of less than 10.

However, it also is with when people all have greater stacks than yours.

But I still say yes.

The pushbot charts dont reflect maximizing profits, though. Pushing AA is going to be "profitable" under all but the most extreme circumstances.

I think pushing here is borderline unless hero has already and recently pushed other hands and someone may be getting tired of it. I would raise to 1500, driving out the really speculative hands and offering attractive odds to MP1 to play along.

I was going to say more-or-less the same thing as cop. The question here isn't whether you can push AA profitably but whether a smaller raise is actually better for maximizing your profits. You don't want to raise so big that you scare everyone off with AA in this situation.

I think your push is just a bit too much here. You're not desperate enough that you'd be pushing with a wide range and you have enough chips that you can make a more standard raise without it looking too suspicious. Ideally you want to get HU against MP1 and have him put some more chips in the pot. I like cop's idea of raising to 1500 here.
