I would have bet at least 2/3 the pot on the flop since there are straight and flush draws on that board. On the turn, AQ/Q9 get there but you're ahead of everything else - I don't think villain has KK as he either reraises preflop or has to raise somewhere on that drawy flop. I bet 2/3 on the turn and get it all in on the river.

bet turn, if he calls check behind on the river

I'm probably shoving that river

If you're going to raise PF w/ TT in that spot then I think I make a larger raise to ensure I get heads-up with UTG. You don't want to be raising here and end up with one or both of the blinds coming along for the ride.

This is my play too. With hearts out there, you have to protect your hand and make him pay to draw. Missing the turn bet is a huge mistake with straight draw possibilities.

Betting more on the flop doesnt accomplish much against draws. The 350 bet properly charges a straight OR flush draw, and nothing chases a straight AND flush draw (unless he puts you on a set). Youre a favorite in the hand against any draw and dont want to chase away the one way draws, and but dont want to build a huge pot until your set fills or the board is less scary.

Bet the turn, raise the river?

Checking the turn is horrible, PF i prefer raising to 400 and I don't mind flat calling at all

Definitely bet more on the flop as well, this is a spot you want to get all the money in, and betting more on the flop allows for bigger turn and river bets.

I'd raise the river too

I disagree with exactly 0% of this post.

Although the K on the turn looks scary, it seems a pretty safe card to me. He's passing AQ on the flop if he has any sense (and raising it if it was AhQh), and he wouldnt be raising UTG with Q9/calling a re-raise preflop with Q9...so i don't put him on a straight on the turn. You could definitely get away with charging 450ish on the flop, then half the pot on the turn to charge a flush draw.
I'd probably just call a river bet, just in case he has played AhQh slow.

i really like the flop bet, it looks like a probe or a continuation bet and isint likely to fold out the hands you beat and are drawing slim against you.

you shouldnt be checking the turn in this spot. at this point villian should have hit this board. if he has a hand like kq your letting him see his str8 for free if it hits. and not getting any new info from villian on what exactly his flop call of your bet meant.

you needed to fire the turn.

I don't know if I agree with this.

The blinds have just witnessed an UTG raise and a reraise with action coming back to the initial raiser. If I'm one of the blinds, I'm not likely to call with anything. I'm either folding or reraising with a very strong hand.

This is all good. I expect all my money's going to be in by the turn.

You're probably right but stacks are pretty deep (especially BB) and UTG's raise was a minraise.

Yeah just bet the flop and the turn hard and then get it all in, if he has a straight hes re raising you for fear of the flush draw so you know where you are in the hand.
Jam-Fly
Thanks for responses. Yeah, I agree that I should have bet the turn. Pre-flop and flop, I'm happy with. Still not rly sure about river. If I raise and get shoved on, surely I have to fold. Not sure how many hands are calling a raise either. Maybe that's playing too scared
