Well, by tight players, I dont mean rocks or elefants (its quite easy to play against them), but tight, agressive, solid players. With 8 TAGs on the table there are almost always 3 players on the flop or a heads up against fish. I managed to steal some blinds with marginal cards from tags but it doesnt makes any sense against calling stations. So, besides the blinds there is not much money in the pot , so I wonder if it makes sense to play at these tables or just stand up and seek another, looser table? Should I stick to the two big bets per hour? (Do you speak from your own experience or is it a general rule?) I tried to multitable, but since I am kind of new into realmoney, I found it rather hard to concentrate and made some terrific mistakes with my AK on both tables.

So right now I stick to one table and make decent wins.
By checking for draws I dont mean straight or flush draws, since I already get good pot odds there, but more unlikely ones like gutshots, pairs to sets and runners. Which dont make sense to pay for since they dont offer enough pot odds. So why dont take a free card if they give it to you? Is it false?
There's little chance that there are that many good players playing the stakes you're talking about, let alone eight of them regularly at one table. You just don't know what mistakes they are making. Of course, it always preferable to play at a table with a lot of loose action, but the tables you're playing are likely very beatable.
As far as there not being much money in the pot when you steal the blinds, well, it adds up.
The 2 big bets per hour (or 100 hands) is sort of a standard. Very good players in very weak games can win somewhat more than that, to the tune of 4 or 5 big bets per, but that's rarely sustainable in full ring. If you can beat the game for 2 bets per over 10k hands or more, you are generally accepted to be beating that game solidly.
