Given that there's a dry side pot, I think checking might be best because you're never bluffing in this spot.

Villain isn't going to bluff a dry side pot on the flop. I don't hate checking to let him catch a little something, but you aren't making much unless he turns a set or something.

hard to get value since he knows he is going to see your cards lots of people will just let you have it, since you have to showdown your hand anyway.

I just lead out and hope he has AK/AQ/QQ. Otherwise, you're just going to let him catch up to something you may not like.

This is not a tournament. I am frequently bluffing in this spot.

It depends what kind of bluffing you're doing. Betting with 67o is pretty stupid, but if you have some showdown value then it's fine.

Why? This isn't a spot where you need to improve your equity V the button. Not in my view anyway, if you had JJ I don't see much point in betting here, and if you had 67o I don't get why you'd be betting either
