No reads really. Really should invest in Omaha PT soon since I've been trying to learn it a lot. Most people at this level I've seen are going to pot it on the flop with top set so I figure I should be good here, but at the same time don't want to re-pop and get it in against top two with a FD or something. I should be raising on the turn yes or no? Am I too scared of oversets to get in there and gamble?

As much as it hurts, chuck it in the muck. You have no draw at all, even if UTG is semi-bluffing (which I think is pretty unlikely) you are at best in decent shape. Like;ly, some kind of combo draw has you beat badly. Let it go.

when you have bottom set and somebody wants to make a big pot with you, you are in trouble.

when you have bottom set and somebody lets you make a big pot with them, go for it.

I probably re-raise flop.

I definitely raise turn. Unless you haven't seen him underbet with a set before on a draw heavy board , he shouldn't have a set there.
