hi all , im new to this forum, so hope this is the right place im posting.

lately Ive been playin alot of lowest stakes headsUp Limit SNGs.
Most of the players playing there just play blunt aggressive poker, raising all the way with any hand.
now usually i get the best of them by slowplaying the right hands and taking advantage of them refusing to give up pots they invested quite abit in even if they have bottom pair.
But I was wondering if anyone has some more suggestions with dealing with those sort of players, cause sometimes you just dont get the big hands or you get outdrown against trash hands and get runover as the the betsize gets big...

cheers and welcome to me tongue.gif

I have played a bit of these myself, because it is very easy to beat them if you have patience.
If the player open raises everything and goes too far with his hands, then it's worth to play loose pf early and tighten up with the blinds. These agg players will pay so much in your winnings hands that you can easily let them steal the blinds 10 times in a row.
HU it's hard to go long without getting a hand worth raising with.

With tight players who like to fold hands when you show agg, be the agressor but remember not to pay him off on his winning hands. This matches usually take longer.

he's probably saying this goes in tournament strat forums instead of the limit one.

but i think this forum works just as well, and if zach disagrees he'll just move it.

anyways, if the player will continue to raise no matter what you do, then get max value from your good hands.
i would never fold and A and maybe a K, depending on the opponent.
if they will slow down when you show aggression, then slowplay to the turn more, and c/r with showdown quality hands (Aces and Kings, etc.)

It'd probably be best in the SH forum.
