In a nutshell here is what happened...

1) I got a referral from a friend so I signed up to see what the fuss was about

2) Deposited 100 bucks

3) Got a warm welcome from someone whoring out their freerolls, welcoming me, congratulating me on my deposit etc etc

4) Get to playing a couple of cash tables, double up on both with an insanely hot run of cards

5) Account gets suspended.

Literally like 15 minutes in, my account is suspended for absolutely no reason. I call up India to find out what the deal is and once again, the language barrier completely negates the possibility of me getting a straight answer. The only thing I got close to understanding was I will get my deposit back but not my winnings which Im sure will be conveniently kept. I know 100 bucks aint much to these people but damn me thats shoddy. This is as close to an explanation as I have had...

So what the hell does this mean?? I have no related account, damn sure never made a charge back (I dont even know what one is) and Im pissed I cant get a straight answer.... Anyone else had a similar experience with Titan and if so, any advice?

Charge Back means that you said a poker deposit on your credit card was false and did not belong to you. So you got refunded as you did not make the Deposit.
You ever do this on another site? as Other sites inform each other about it and Titan is EXTREMELY cautious about letting people on that might claim a chargeback.
They only have a certain amount of times their players can claim chargeback and then they get into trouble/restrictions with payment companies etc.

I have experience in this, more details might help if you can think of any, but basically if you have done the above before, they pretty much would rather lose the customer than take the risk.

Edit:Also Titan are on the Ipoker network, maybe that will help you figure out the "related account" comment.

Other accounts on the same network won't matter. I e-mailed the other day and asked about whether or not I could make one, as I have an account on NOIQ, and they said yes that is fine, and even if my email is the same that is fine, as they need my moneybookers email to match my login, so I don't believe that would cause the problem.

Yes, of course you can make accounts on all of the Ipoker sites. But we were talking about chargeback, not just other accounts.
