For the JJ hand I typically will call here and reevaluate on the flop. I would lead strong into any undercard flops, mind you being willing to fold if he raises there depending on my read, and check folding to A and K flops.
The second hand is kind of tough because Villian's range is pretty huge. His range likely includes 9 10, J 10, Q 10, K 10, A 10, A 5, and a number of flush draw hands, most of which contain at least one if not two overcard too your pair. Seeing that we're probably behind any made hand he has, and if he is drawing he's likely close to the favorite in the hand, I'm probably folding. Villain's range could be bigger at these stakes but hard to tell without a read, I have seen random shoves here with a hand like 66, 77, 88, 99 before as well. However, without more info, I probably err on the side of caution and lay it down.

First hand is pretty interesting, i think i normaly 3-bet there and try and get it in V the SB who i think we're way ahead off.
Raising JTs UTG is fine at a 6-max table, i'm probably calling the push against a half stack there too

I think I'm fine with either calling or reraising the first hand. Poker Tracker stats would make my decision easier.
2nd hand, I would usually snap call this. C/overshoves are usually draws. I think his hand is pretty much polarized to a draw or a 5, so call. I really don't think he's doing this with a ten that beats us TBCH. Again, PT stats make your decision SO much easier here. Buy it, it's worth it.

I bought poker tracker a long time ago but never really got into using it that much, what should I be looking for that would help make these decisions easier?

You can get the pokertracker 3 Beta for FREE and it has a built in display to show their stats on the table.
