Why Check/Raise the flop , when your holding the nuts? I contemplated getting in on the turn, but even still .... *IF* He had a set, he was drawing to 10 outs. Was I wrong to trap with this hand? Should I have settled for a much smaller pot with a bet on flop or turn ..... knowing what villan has tho, it appears as if I HAVE to go broke, for not folding preflop.

Your going broke on this hand no matter what you do but I think the right play is to check/call the flop and check/push the turn. The pot has gotten big enough at that point to not slowplay any longer.

I don't think it's bad slow-playing the flop, but I never do it. That's just me and my style.

not much you could do here, but i would say shoving the turn was the move to make.

Quite simply, this is where you went wrong.

I agree to folding pre. Very first hand in a SNG where everyone advocates playing tight, it's called and raised and I am dumping this. We will be forced to play out of position to one or maybe two players, UTG+1 could re-pop this behind us, we have no reads on anyone yet.

As played, there is no way that you are not going broke here. He is never folding and neither are you. That second A on the river could give you an excuse to fold, but there's too much money in there. I know that this hand is posted as a cooler but K8sooted is a very foldable hand from the blind.
