Preflop: Hero is CO with T icon_suit_diamond.gif , T icon_suit_heart.gif .
UTG calls, 3 folds, Hero raises, 1 fold, SB calls, BB 3-bets, UTG folds, Hero calls, SB caps, BB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (13.50 SB) 9 icon_suit_club.gif , 7 icon_suit_diamond.gif , T icon_suit_spade.gif (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero raises, SB calls, BB 3-bets, Hero caps, SB calls, BB calls.

Turn: (12.75 BB) 3 icon_suit_club.gif (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB calls.

River: (15.75 BB) 6 icon_suit_heart.gif (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 15.75 BB

SB is 58/11/.69 after only 20 hands.
BB is 17/6/.78 after 52 hands.

I'm not really worried about BB... if it were heads up I'd fire the river again. But even with SB in, should I have fired anyway? How's preflop? Raise/Call ok? Or should I be capping here in position?

I think we need to bet/fold the river against two guys who are that passive.

I would cap with TT vs my opponents, but maybe a 17/6 isn't reraising that wide there, so I'm completely fine with just calling.
RabidTortuga
I'm capping preflop, mainly because we have position.

I'm betting the river because I'm not worried about the straight at all, and you're getting called by AA-JJ here all the time, as well as 99. I'm calling the river as well if raised.
Frez
Easy bet in position on river. And a crying call if raised because the pot is so big.

Preflop I probably cap too in position, but I'd flat call the 3 bet if I were in the middle.
RISEorFall
i dont cap much preflop here
if it were a steal situation i would, but utg limping has changed that.

BBs dont usually 3-bet a non steal attempt with much less than TT, especially not a guy with his stats, though its only 50 hands

i like b/f the river
Actuary
we don't have enough hands or details to judge the AF.

I'm never bet folding here.

I'm never bet folding here.

so youre bet/calling?
what c/r the river that we beat?
surely youre not checking behind?

b/c

a bluff. and occasional slow played lower sets or two pair
who knows.

It's 18 BB's

It's just a 4 card straight and someone needs an 8
It's not over cards, + flush draws + straight
Nothing about preflop makes me think someone has an 8.

when I played, I checked behind here often. I think that is less +EV
RabidTortuga
Folding the river to a c/r is nuts here. We have top set in a huge pot. It needs to be good like 6% of the time to show a profit when we call a c/r on the river.

Preflop action makes it so unlikely someone has an 8. SB could have 88 here, but both of them are on a huge range we beat and hardly anything we don't.
Poohdabear
I bet/call the river. I would probably consider bet/ fold if SB calls and BB raises but I'm not sure. BB could suddenly decide on this river that his pocket queens must be still good here and checkraise out of nowhere. Maybe I give .10/.20 players not enough credit...

I think I don't cap preflop since SB already cold called. Equity is probably still good vs. their ranges but I hate the playability of our hand against two opponents if we don't hit the set. If we cap preflop we give overcards better odds to continue with their hands on the flop. And we are also too commited to find a fold on bad flops. So I actually like the 3-bet call, because I give us 0% fold equity against SB, which is proven by his really irrational line of cold-call/cap

yeah, the pot is huge.
i just think we're almost never ahead when we get c/r'ed.
i dunno i see so many people trying weird bluffs I guess it could be that or some stupid 2 pair enough to b/c
