I will make this quick and simple ~
If you thought Harrington on holdem was good ~ you will find this book to be amazing if you play LIVE full ring cash.
the book goes into greater detail then HOH did and i actually think its better written ~ with solid concepts really simplified that even someone in middle school could understand.

Long term effect of this book will be felt on the live 2-5 NL game - 5-5 NL game and some 5-10 NL live games that play deeper then 100 BB max buy in's.

If you play online exclusively this book pretty much is a pass for you because the concepts are for games that play deeper then 100 max buy in and full ring.

I just ordered volume 1 with my fpps on stars. Post flop deepstack play is something I am very weak in so I hope this can help.

I have never read a book and thought "i hope no one else ever reads this book " but i find my self reading chapters over and over again and making notes - highlighting paragraphs - giggling like a school child when I realize i am plugging a leak.

Just ordered it because of the giggling like a school girl comment...

I read and reread HOH and am very excited for HOcash because I have found myself a nice 1/2 cash game that I can beat, but bearly, so I'm hoping this will give me a greater edge

I am reading HOC volume 1 for the 2nd time before i read volume 2 just so i have a solid understanding of what is being said.
also finding that PNL is starting to make a lot more sense after reading HOC -V1 ( and i thought i had a good grasp of PNL after reading it 2 two times- i guess 3 times will be the charm )


as for giggling like a school child - you just wait, you will find your self smiling endlessly when reading ..

Just got it on friday and I've already read it all... waiting for vol II so I can finish and reread very closely...

I highly encourage any NL cash game players to get this book... but then don't sit at my table

I've already read both Volumes of the Harrington on Cash Games. I found both books to be very insightful and I can already see improvements in my play.

The HOH books were great, these ones are even better. I am almost addicted to reading Dan Harrington's books. They are actually very interesting to read. I find other books by Sklansky and Malmuth to b super boring.

The price is very steep however, so I would suggest buying it on Ebay or Amazon.

I live in Australia and i paid 85$ usd for these books and they have paid for them selfs 10 times over in the last week alone
