Yeah, esp since the busted "ihavetobetorilosethepot" flush/straight draw just missed. It's good either way tho. I think you only get an extra bet in from an underfull, but you'll induce bluffs and there so little that could call your river lead that *cant* bet on their own once checked to that checking that river is probably optimal.

which is really odd, cuz it's almost *never* optimal to check the nuts on the river unless you are convinced he's on a busted draw.

Drop like 4 limits like I did for my mini-challenge. I was actually mad the other day about only winning like 10 bucks at a table of questionable play, then I realized it was technically something we todd did like 25 bb/hr. for the 3 tables combined. lol.



Silly how easy the game is some times. The value of the bluff is tied directly to the value of scooping whole pots without having A238 hit perfectly. If there was an FCP O8b strat informercial, the lead-in line would be "Scoop Whole Pots: Ask Us How!"

I mean, that bet looks really stupid until you do thee math and realize you only have to drag that pot 1 in 3 times to show a profit. And lord knows, if you are caught bluffing, you can just nit up and have that guy "not believe" your next 4 monsters. It's almost not fair at times.

i hate it when im right and then the retard calls anyway. his play is so consistent with a draw here(for him). turns out he plays hands he's scared of betting but feels like he has to bet them this way this way also. i can hear the voice in his stupid head "i have a full house how can i not bet?" then i hear the voice in his stupid head again "well, im beat here like always but i have a full house how can i fold". to my credit i was trying to push him off a better ace high and not a full house.

but what i love is his bet on the river. why would anybody bet that river if they are going to call a raise like that?
