Can we make a list of the different major networks that allow Americans? Many of those rooms above are skins. Here is the list I know of:

FTP
Stars
UB
Absolute
Cake
Prima
Doyles Room
Merge

I'm probably missing a bunch right...?

Anyone have any idea if PaddyPowerPoker is a skin of Doyles Room?
On a related note, how do you define a skin? Like what's the difference between skins on the same network?

"Skins" are different companies which are using the same network. All of them (skins on one network) have the same platform/software, and players from other skins are visible to all other skins in the same network. In other words, you will often see that you are playing with someone who belongs to different PokerRoom. (but same network)

What's the difference between skins?

Not many differences. You will notice little difference in graphics, every skin has own branded logo and other designs. Also, you can experience difference in support, promotions, bonuses...etc. The main difference is however not visible to player. That's the share of profits. Every skin is different company, and take $$$ from the rage from their database of players.
