No, I don't think it's +EV to value bet this river. You have 62o, and your 2 doesn't even play. If you bet, you are really only getting called by hands that beat you. If you put his hand ranges into pokerstove the only hand you are beating is 25, and tbh, I don't think he will call you with that on this board.
I think on balance the best play is to check-fold.

i push all in on the flop. as played i open-fold the river to disguise hand.

Am I the only one who is three betting the flop, floating the flop, semibluffing the turn, and promptly shoving into the nuts on the river?

Cause I think that's the proper way to play it.
