Not using a hand converter because FTR messed this up again, and i know this is a tournament but i don't think the fact it's a tournament matters that much here, though the stacks are shorter.
Villain so far is average, he floated my C-bet on a 46A flop, lead the turn for half the pot and folded to my raise a few hands previously, not much info as this is only a few hands in and the first time i've 3-bet PF.
Debate on shoving V folding here, should the standard line here be a fold? I know this depends a lot on reads, but i need some perspectives on this.

I like the fact that you reraised it preflop.
On the flop, you did c-bet, that is good. But I think you then have to throw the hand away.
If you call this raise and miss the turn, you are forced to check, then fold when he bets the turn.
wrong forum though man, you posted this in NL cash game

I'm calling and shoving a non-jack spade + any Ace or King - but I don't play sit n gos and when I play HU I try not to play with 70BB effective stacks because things get awkward.

I was thinking about this on my way back from lunch and I think I'd also shove the turn if a Q hit too.

Given stack sizes, I'd fold. You really shouldn't have any FE here and you don't have the odds to call and try and improve and the board is pretty dry so it's unlikely he's minraising a draw here.
