Anybody read the "Underachiever" article in the Star, which lists the top 10 in the league? Afinigenov and Wellwood are 20% of the list, lol. Kind of impressive that for all the bad-mouthing, Serge has managed a playoff spot in spite of that.

Kobasew is playing with Savard and Sturm today, and with the B's recent butt pounding, I expect a huge day for this line. Cheap Thieves don't have a chance.

Go Stangs!
I predict a Wellwood contribution, just to shock the world and give Serge some vindication for a year of unmet expectations. Either tonight, or a big game during the series.

Moreso tonight because of the short-ish schedule for a Saturday night, but yeah, it is. Although, he's got the right guys from Toronto. Sundin and McCabe are good for this format. Wellwood is just way underacheiving, and I'm sure wouldn't be in if there were other options.

You are in the game, but you are still a dog. You think Vancouver is going to get shelled? Unlikely at home to St.Louis, a shut out is very possible.

First off, Toronto is facing off Brodeur, that won't be easy. Secondly, Kariya is facing Luongo in Vancouver, not easy. Lastly, I still have players left to you know, like H.Sedin at home, Olli Jokinen, etc.

For you to have a legit shot you need to be down no more than 1.5 going into the last game. Actually, probably 1 since unless Sundin gets two points I'll win in OT. In the last game it would be Kariya+Vancouver GA vs H. Sedin.

Another point for Sundin could be huge for you. As it stands you lose in OT.
