Questions:

1. Again, pre-flop are we folding to the reraise?
2. Do you like leading out with top pair here, or do we check/raise? Check/calling is pretty ugly, right?

Thanks.

I like the raise preflop. I don't like the call of the reraise, we aren't getting good odds to try to snap off a good hand and since we are oop the hand will be hard to play. This flop is a good example of why calling this 3-bet oop really sucks.

As for playing lag in general, the way I play, which is pretty laggy for FR is that I'm opening alot of pots and raising limpers alot but I'm not playing too many reraised pots and Im playing pretty tight when someone else opens. I feel this often leads to people underestimating your hand when you create big pots just because youd be taking a bunch of shots at small pots when you sense weakness.

This hand is much worse than the other hand you played. At least in that hand you had position. Fold this preflop every time, especially against a villain with kind of tight stats who's not too aggressive.

You should fold after leading the flop and getting raised.
pokerinc
Agree w/ Acid this is much worse.

I may play your other hand like you did, as I like calling in position w/ something like 78 sooted. But here..you're oop which hurts, and I would pay more attention to stacks here, villians at under 80% of a buy in. That makes an oop call 3 bet call w/ connectors very unprofitable.

Play lag in position deep.
Royal_Tour
you're playing a short stack (less than 100bbs). so you have no room to manouever.

its a pretty standard fold.

also... look over your hand and your line. Why lead this flop? over pairs are certainly going to raise, and AK, AQ has to make a decision.
No_Neck
when deciding to call a raise position is almost as important as your cards pay attention to position, also don't call raises out of position with suited connectors.

Don't play speculative hands against players who have less than a full buyin, as a very general rule, in heads up, 3-bet pots.
