You want to make a free showdown min-raise with trips because you oh-so-pessimistically put him on an underfull? First of all, if he has an underfull, he's reraising you, and you've missed your chance to hit one of your 7 outs to beat 22 or 66, and 3 outs to beat a better 9, and of course our 6 chop outs with a better 9.
If you're raising the turn here, it's for VALUE. If you're raising the turn for value, then you should be betting most rivers for VALUE.
Having said that, I don't mind a call here, because I think a c/c, lead line is usually somewhat strong, so we can control the pot a little bit, and get to showdown with this hand, and we can also put in a lot of money if we hit our 7, since we've got position. Also, if he's bluffing, a raise will just make him fold, and of course, that's not getting us anywhere.
