I might get blasted for this but....I might min raise here hoping to check down the river. I think 22 or 66 is well in his range here and he easily could have played them this way.

Just call. You're not folding this hand on the turn. If he bets something like $100 on the river than you have something to think about.

This play is usually a block or attempt to take down the pot right there. He's not betting because he paired the 2. And most aren't betting into the aggressor lightly when he hits deuces full.

This would also be an incredibly odd line for 66.

The only thing we have to worry about is the case 9, since our kicker will play and it sucks... And I just can't be convinced this isn't a pp or a spade flush draw on one half pot sized donk bet.

I kind of like raising to $115 on the turn.

I agree with Acid and Nuts. I was surprised to read the first response here. I think we are ahead like almost always here and that we need to be raising. I think this is a blocker bet with spades or hearts. I just can't see 6-6 playing this way and I don't think he has 2-2. You called him a "good LAG"... does someone who is a good LAG just flat call a bet on a flop of 9-9-6 with dueces? I don't think so.

I am raising here, probably to like $100 or $105.

what range is BB putting you on? on that flop he could easily flat call a c-bet with dueces if he puts you on ak-a10. i just think it's way to easy to go broke here when you don't have to.

and if you're the villain thinking that, what part about betting out into the aggressor seems like a good idea?

You want to make a free showdown min-raise with trips because you oh-so-pessimistically put him on an underfull? First of all, if he has an underfull, he's reraising you, and you've missed your chance to hit one of your 7 outs to beat 22 or 66, and 3 outs to beat a better 9, and of course our 6 chop outs with a better 9.

If you're raising the turn here, it's for VALUE. If you're raising the turn for value, then you should be betting most rivers for VALUE.

Having said that, I don't mind a call here, because I think a c/c, lead line is usually somewhat strong, so we can control the pot a little bit, and get to showdown with this hand, and we can also put in a lot of money if we hit our 7, since we've got position. Also, if he's bluffing, a raise will just make him fold, and of course, that's not getting us anywhere.
