Sigh. I'm old. And a minority...sort of. Life sucks.
As mentioned elsewhere, none of you can beat the ultimate steriotypical jew gift I got today. My grandparents sent me a card with the message that they had made a donation in my name...to the tenant's association of their own building.
To be fair, they're poor (partially because they gave their grandkids way too much money when we were younger) and I'm impressed they even remembered my birthday in the first place. That last sentence makes the story less funny.

well, being the uber jew that he is, speedz spent all day yesterday giving out hint after hint that it was his birthday to elicit gifts and well wishes from all across the forum, all to come out and admit long after it was too late that his birthday was in fact today, friday february 22nd.
