Both players are decent, I guess TAG is pretty much the best way to describe them. SB came to vegas to play a couple deep stack events at Venetian and is wearing a world series hat.
Hero is button with 4d,4h.
UTG limp, MP limp, Cut Off raises to 8. hero calls, sb calls, BB folds, UTG fold, MP call

SB bet 15, MP fold, Cut Off Call, Hero raise to 55. SB call, Cut Off Call.

Turn: 8c
SB check, Cut Off Bets 90, Hero Calls 90. SB moves all in, CutOff Calls, Hero Calls.
So, some of my thoughts and views here.
First, is my flat call on the turn bad? I have mixed feelings of it, should I be pushing? folding?
2nd I went through the hand in my head, and eliminated a larger set from either player. To me, this looks like flush vs flush. I dont think SB would flat the flop after I re-pop. So I really felt strongly he didnt have a set.
I also realize I'm a 3-1 underdog vs the flushes. (more like 3.3 -1 to be exact) and I'm getting 3.4 - 1 On my call of 250 here.
Its soo gross but I think its even more gross to not call.
Thoughts?

I prefer popping that flop a bit more. It's rather draw-heavy and you've got a caller already. Say to $65? S'a quibble though.
That's potentially the worst turn card you could ask for. It completes the flush draw and the most likely straight draw. I'm actually tempted to dump to the initial $90 turn bet, because we could easily get bogged down into a quagmire like this. That said, I guess we're getting roughly the right odds to draw and probably have some implied odds to boot. Seems a little weak to just give up and fold there. Once the action gets heavy, we're certainly beat...probably by flushes, but the straight's also possible...and I wouldn't be super quick to discount an overset. If we had more, I think we could dump, but I suppose if you're comfortable with those being the correct odds/ranges, then we should call.

Agree with Cobalt, especially about raising the flop bigger.
